    There was some article on my local news site about steps the council is taking to combat climate change.

    Meanwhile, some guy in the comments saying “It’s lovely in my garden…”

    Thanks, Nigel, you crusty old bastard. Few more years and we’ll be putting you in the cars, you fucking dinosaur.

          The leading Democratic mischief-maker is Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who advocates some left-wing views I consider simplistic and impractical and, in some cases, poll badly. The top example of a conservative mischief-maker, presented in perfect symmetry, is Marjorie Taylor Greene.

          This author is like Shrodinger’s dumbass: I can’t tell whether he’s being facetious or if he’s actually pulling the BoTh SiDEs card, as if these two reps are even remotely comparable.

    I don’t really like the conspiracy theory of the moon landing being fake next to mass surveillance after 9/11 - which really happened as shown by Snowden.

    To deny things like e.g. the mass surveillance after 9/11 does not make us more believable and doesn’t make it more likely to convince climate change deniers.

      i think it would have worked if it had the word fake before disasters, implying the conspiracy theories that all of those were hoaxes made by the government instead of just being about the reactions to them
