Real Estate has historically been a relatively safe investment platform compared to other options, so you have a large concentration of people who think they are entitled to a massive ROI with basically no effort or risk on their part.
And if there’s any group of people that think they are entitled to sit on their ass and rake in the money after reaching a certain level of success, it’s conservatives.

So, at least 2 out of 10 people in Franklin are racist. In my small New England town, it would have been 4 out of 10.
Franklin’s weird. Lots of Nashville money but it runs from traditional southern racist money to progressive doctors and the like. The town itself is quite lovely.
Wow, not only that but her candidacy and personal details get even weirder when you read all the other articles. My favorite was where someone from her campaign told the reporter he was “stalking” her when he asked questions about some totally made up campaign post. Or perhaps when she said the people in the photo claimed to not know her to “protect” her.
