Our black cat is the reason cat trees only last a few months in our house. She’ll haul ass up it then thrash on the highest spot. Eventually it’ll fall off (with her on it), then she’ll move to the next highest.

That’s why when she demolishes the current one I’m just going to recreate it out of Oak.
