Today the macOS warp terminal is how available for Linux. It looks like it’s not open source. They only send a download link via mail. Suspicious, or not?

That’s a good start.
We banned warp at work due to the AI shit and the fact it requires a login. We do too much sensitive work in the terminal to allow that, sadly.
It looks nice, but you have to sign up for an account to use a terminal app? This is really getting ridiculous
