For those not from the US of A, we have a sporting goods chain called Dick’s Sporting Goods.
that’s alright. In the UK we have a sporting good store chain called Blacks.
It’s, uh, yeah.
Ah, and here I was thinking this was a German joke about him having a small dick. Klein means small in German.
Klein is also a very good punchline!
We have Klein Tools in the US, but they’re full size.

This is better in a lot of ways.
Jobs named it Apple after the Beatles corporation Apple Corp. The Beatles sued so Steve Jobs promised that Apple was a computer company and would never get into music distribution that could dilute the Beatles Apple trademark.

But then when Apple computers DID get into music distribution, the Beatles’ Apple Corp had some more lawyering to do.
Moral of the story is to defeat your foes while they’re young and weak, do not wait for them to grow large and powerful based on nothing but empty promises.
So a few years ago there used to be a chain of sporting goods stores named Chick’s. They where acquired by Dick’s sporting goods in 2013. Make of that what you will.
