        Just make sure you’re sitting when you’re practicing… unless you like having your urine splash absolutely everywhere.

        Just attempting to stop really. Then holding it for a few seconds and going again. You don’t want to actually cut it off and stop/walk away, believe that is unhealthy. I had someone recommend doing such exercises when I was ~4 years old because I would sometimes still wet the bed. They seemed to believe it could help build up a greater control for it that may prevent such from happening. I haven’t tried it in a really long time though. Been 30 years, amazing what one can remember from early years but I can’t remember much from last year.

      Presumably there are exceptions, but generally speaking women can and men can’t, at least not without a lot of pain.
