Anything for Liberty is meant to be supporting of everyone being able to have their own views and access to different ideas, discussion, and experiences.

Ooooh, they’re just using “liberty” as a mask for trying to make free people lose their rights and start doing what the Moms want them too. Yes, very liberal /s.

Awhile back I was at an event where I happened to sit next to a Moms for Liberty chapter leader, and she turned to me and uttered the most insane conspiracy theory I’d ever heard about how “they” deliberately sunk the Titanic because everyone who opposed the creation of the fed was on board.

Christ anyone that dumb should be banned from ever being in public office. Woke indoctrination? You mean normal schooling where kids learn about things? I wish these fucking idiots would fuck off and die so the world could be a better place.

Same. But these are the same politically correct [1] douchnozzles that want to bring prayer back to schools, want to make kids say the pledge with the amended “under [their] gawd” thing in there, and constantly agitate against teaching of things like the fundamentals of biology (meaning, yes, little Billy learns about EVOLUTION).

[1] the actual kind of political correctness, not the stuff they whine about

I truly believe that anyone running for office should be able to pass a standardized history, economics, and sociology test. Nothing hard, just the basics.

Should be able to but actual implementation of that gets hairy fast.

It’s one of those things that doesn’t stand up to polarization. It works fine in a functional democracy, but it’s hard to call the US functional anymore.

Yeah, the cons would be slipping things like biblical horseshit and Intelligent Design (lol) into the test.
