It gets exhausting, so tiring, to hate everyone around you. So much energy sapped just from immediately disliking someone for the smallest thing. Too much for too long.
Strive to be better everyday. Learn a little everyday. Make the world a better place even just for a moment. Life is a miserable heap but it can also be what we make of it. Maybe not for long but a few seconds of peace in a storm, for you or a stranger, can often be worth more than anything money could have to offer.

God I fucking love this community, I like memes like anyone else but I don’t usually check meme communities that often and just rely on the front page to provide my daily dose of memes. But this community in particular is absolutely top tier and I find myself checking it daily and sharing the best memes with my hardcore trekkie mom. Thank you to everyone that makes this place awesome, you’re bringing happiness and laughter to a dude and a woman in the ass crack of Canada.
