The purpose isn’t to help the people really, current USA is sadly too fucked up for that, the purpose is to defend the rest of the world from USA. Balkanization on state level, though it won’t last since they would join anyway would at worst given the world years maybe evn decades of reprive and at best make former USA into several lasting state blocks, with more ruling representation of current minorities.

The american empire IS the current institutions of the American government and wallstreet if they arent around anymore neither is the empire its not like the american people are somehow more empire prone than any other peoples on earth. The hell you are even about? nobody is thinking of nuking USA. Not only you completely missed the point and first post, you completely ignored the artificial character of the colonial settler state, you think socialism could ever be decreed by monarch and how the hell do you even imagine an alternative? Peace and flowers in barrels? Fall of USA will be long and bloody, balkanization is the least brutal scenario.
