tl;dr: My new Google Nest WiFi Pro is sending RAs with no prefix, and my server loses its SLAAC address (mngtmpaddr) when it sees them. Later it gets an RA with the same prefix and gets the address back. Wash, rinse, repeat.

I’m guessing this is a problem with the server because I haven’t noticed an issue with other LAN devices, but I didn’t have this problem with my old router.
