Some but not all include things like: - making it a full-time job - dissolving the whole system on how refereeing works at the amateur and youth levels - greater merit culture with quicker (or any to be real) promotion and demotion between the leagues
Refereeing has been abysmal this season. The Bundesliga referees are clearly in a crisis. No idea what needs to change.
Oh I have many reform ideas for refereeing in the Bundesliga. Some but not all include things like:
- making it a full-time job
- dissolving the whole system on how refereeing works at the amateur and youth levels
- greater merit culture with quicker (or any to be real) promotion and demotion between the leagues
