He’ll be completely average and then pull out a trivela which gets clipped and now theres 2000 posts about “Aging like fine wine” and “Still bossing it at 37!”.
He IS bossing it at 37. Everything he does is word class and rarely has a bad game. Its just his level is so high that he makes it feel normal. Meanwhile if another, younger, player did what modric does every week he would be linked with all the big clubs for over 100 mil.
