What’s the all time record?

Because I think the problem is VAR is interfering a lot more for red cards I don’t know if it’s good or bad but in my opinion a lot of the red cards are a little overreacting like Gusto or Jones

Was there a new rule introduced or something? Because then last season the refs were super lazy or forgiving
