If you have any suggestions for a community that you would like to run on our instance this is the place to post them. While our Rule 0 (no illegal content) remains our golden policy, there are a couple more guidelines for you to follow.
Community creation guidelines
- Take out your own trash: if you propose the creation of a community you must either moderate it yourself or appoint a willing moderator when you submit your request.
- Don’t burn our bridges: while we value free speech, we also want to maintain a friendly and constructive atmosphere. Please refrain from posting any content that is deliberately hateful, as this could jeopardize our federation with other instances.
A shitposting community would be nice. And not one with normie memes, but one that allows more edgy and darker memes.
Something like r/ppnojutsu, r/doodoofard and r/wordington. Minus all the thugshakers and shit ofcourse
While I like the idea of having more memes on the instance, I feel like that’s a bit too broad of a scope for the time being. If you have any memes that you’d like to share feel free to post them in !general@lemmy.basedcount.com

I guess it depends on how edgy we are talking, but yes, that is also true.
Going from his history I would say his type of “edgy” is Freeforum or dankmemes type stuff and he is looking for replacements now that explosive-heads is going down.
Yeah… The content history is telling enough in this case.
