This obsession people have with pretending Man City are getting away unnoticed with breaking financial rules really need to go outside more. Just because Everton have been dealt with first doesn’t mean City have been forgotten about or the charges against them aren’t real. It was explained at the time they were announced that their charges could take years to be settled, but a few months later people piss their pants about them not being punished yet.

Everton have left a trail of breadcrumbs to their massive financial mismanagement over the last few years and they’ve been punished for it after a literal years ong investigation. Why the fuck is it so hard for people to talk about this instead of just rolling around on the floor screaming about Man City?

Highest points deduction in PL history for an accounting error that might not even be an error depending on what’s allowed to be amortized as a loss and what isn’t. I’m the first one to laugh at the Ev on most days but that’s not on.
