The 100+ victims were Palestinians who were at the hospital (parking lot I believe?) Those same rockets are being fired into Israel (Nearly or over) 10,000 since the conflict began. Hamas isn’t trying to tickle Israelis with those rockets. See the effect one of those rockets has when they hit a populated area.
