Even though the Discord server hosting the connection info has gotten taken down, the shop is still fully functional, you just need to input the address in Tinfoil to connect to it.

It’s many many posts across the Sub, seems like they’re trying to stomp the place out, they also removed the top pinned comment there.
If you can point people on the subreddit this way, that would be great! I also have good relations with the mods of the subreddit, so I wouldn’t mind inviting them to co-moderate the lemmy community here if they wish.
I’ve been pointing people here in the most recent post there about moving the community elsewhere.

Hilarious: I commented on the initial post by u/liberashop announcing his new shop, and within hours, additionally to his various posts in r/SwitchPirates getting downed by Reddit, I as a simple commenter got a copyright takedown notice from reddit’s team for the content I submitted (that simple short comment that wasn’t bringing anything new to the table). They offer to send a copy of that takedown notice ; I’ve requested it and will be sure to frame it on my loo wall.
I’ve received reddit DMCA notices just for linking to AIO and lockpick.
That’s crazy, I’ve commented on those threads that got removed as well, and never got any notices. Wonder why you got singled out lol.

Don’t believe so, but you can just search for games you want by highlighting the New Games tab and then clicking the search button.

I can’t find any info on this, but once you have a homebrewed switch and have tinfoil installed and liberashop set up, is it safe to connect to WiFi to download content? I’m assuming if Emunand is installed correctly this would be fine. I haven’t seen anything in the official homebrew installation guide or elsewhere that mentions whether doing this kind of thing can be done without ban risk.
Yes, but make sure you have dns-mitm setup to block Nintendo servers. You can confirm this by booting into emummc, then checking the dnsmitm startup logs. A report will be generated in
sd:/atmosphere/logscalleddns_mitm_startup.log. Open this file in Notepad and confirm it looks something like this, where it has Nintendo domains redirected to 127.0.0.1:
Also, NEVER launch the Tinfoil installer on sysCFW/sysNAND. I know it’s impossible to do in Stock because there is no HBMenu, but it is possible if you boot Atmosphere on Sys. Be careful not to do that, or else you will get banned.
