- Origin: Tamarian technology for creating dampening fields to block transporters and communication.
- Function: Neutralizes and weakens enemy shields; used for both defense and forced negotiations.
- Passive Ability: Deals additional Kinetic Damage to ships with Shields Offline status, once every 10 seconds.

Starship Trait - Darmok and Jalad:
- Effect: The first weapon hit on an unshielded quadrant beams away the enemy’s commanding officer, causing confusion and reducing their outgoing damage.
- Benefit: Instant reduction in all Captain Ability Cooldowns.
- Limitation: Can only trigger once per enemy ship.
It’s got a good look, definitely. It is an event ship though, so it won’t exactly be the best in any way (otherwise it’d devalue the buy-to-win ships).
