      Probably not. He has 30 days after judgement to appeal to the New York Court of Appeals (highest in NY), whose decisions are final and binding on the lower courts.

      After that, I’m not sure if he would be able to appeal to the Second Circuit and finally SCOTUS (I simply don’t know), but I seriously doubt SCOTUS would take up this particular case. They’re Federalist Society goons, not Trump zealots, and they’re not obligated to take up his case on appeal.

      Either way, his business is on borrowed time, and he likely only has one to two appeals left.

    We sure do have an interesting notion of “justice” in this country. Seeing donnie get any kind of punishment will take years, and he won’t lose his freedom or his life.

    But if a poor Black man were to be accused of selling loose cigarettes, or using a counterfeit $20 bill…watch out.
