This doesn’t matter.

We don’t settle property rights by saying who is good or who is bad.

If I bought my house and you kicked me out using weapons, or doesn’t matter if I’m ugly or bad and you are handsome or nice.

You don’t go to court and say “I’m nicer than him, so the house is mine”.

If you want my house, offer me to pay for it and maybe I accept. Maybe not.
