L.E.: should be noted I do not have a threads account, have never even downloaded the app, this is sorta like “advertising” to try to convince you to move to their platform.
Looks to me like they recommend this post only because you liked a post by someone who interacts with nazi posts. Maybe their algorithm sucks (commenting “delete this” counts as an interaction after all) but that’s not really a Threads problem, that’s a your-social-circle problem.

If you’re referring to the “because you liked …” part, that’s for the post below, not for the threads. I personally haven’t come across any nazi posts, let alone like them, but it could be a circle thing, like you say
