You just pick the one bothering you the most and have a fitful sleep until the other symptom wakes you up, change position, and repeat.

Ask me how I know! 🥲

🫂 Sorry you know about it too! I’ve had some success with gabapentin for my nerve pain, so I get more sleep than I used to which is nice.

Luckily I can usually get away with just a Tylenol and/or Aspirin (unless I over do it (which I typically do early into hiking season)) when I need something for it

But it’s usually only the left side of my neck, left knee, and left shoulder anymore which I consider a win at this point

(If you’re curious: was on the wrong end of a backing up forklift (level 2 neck sprain), got down a mountain the fast way not the smart way (not sure exactly but I had to put it back together myself on the trail (IMO interesting story but not for the squeamish)), and lost a battle with a bookshelf (level 2 sprain across the top of the shoulder after too much to drink (I have since become sober)) respectively for those injuries)
