Made as part of a South Indian Mexican fusion kitchen.
this makes me think, I can make a pie by using two pizzas, one on top of the other upside down.
Or you could fold one in half 🤔
Chicago Stuffed
One time I took two frozen pizzas, sandwiched them together like that, wrapped them in tinfoil, and cooked them over a campfire like a hobo dinner. It was awesome
When I was working at the university cafeteria to wash dishes we pretty much had free access to food for our lunch.
So we did something similar a few times (way too often to be honest): a pizza on the bottom, fries in the middle and another pizza on top to close it.
Then we could eat it as a sandwich.
So a calzone?
Did you know that if you stack two lasagnas you only end up with one?
Looks pretty tasty.
South Indian Mexican fusion
That’s an interesting combo! The two cuisines do share some similarities, so I can picture some really interesting dishes. I wonder if they have something like a Dosa-Quesedilla or a Dosa-Burrito, or Nachos with a South-Indian curry toppings…
