I saw a post on r/GME today about GME indicators and the SHF’s are trying to trigger another bearish signal. Someone posted that they are so tired of the bullshit.

It made me wonder, what are we waiting for? What event could smash through all these indicators and drive GME into the stratopshere?

Fellow investors, we are waiting for the launch of Gamestop PLAYR. This looks like it’s going to be a online game store similar to Steam, but it will be integrated with the Gamestop Wallet and you will be able to buy web3 games using crypto.

I saw in another post that the Gamestop wallet will easily let you convert one kind of crypto to another - that alone is going to be a big deal. People with any kind of crypto currency will be able to create a Gamestop wallet, transfer in whatever funds they have, and buy web3 games.

This is brilliant because there’s a lot of devalued crypto-currency out there. For years now crypto bros have been buying crypto and watching the value of their crypto currency bomb out (probably due to market manipulation) what use was it? Why did they bother?

Well now they will be able to buy something tangible with their crypto.

The launch of a new game storefront is big enough by itself to increase profits and make the company a financial success, especially if there is a marketing campaign and exclusives to bring in gamers. But the integration of the Gamestop Wallet and the ability to purchase games with crypto which isn’t accepted in most other storefronts is going to bring in even more business.

That’s the event. That’s the point where I think things will turn around, and the market manipulation on GME is going to become very ineffective in the face of increasing profit each quarter. As we saw from the last quarterly report, the net loss has already decreased by over 66% thanks to cost cutting measures. With a new income stream from Gamestop PLAYR Gamestop is going to have net profit each quarter.

Congratulations, you bought low. This stock is going places. Too bad we couldn’t get more people to buy in.

Why do normies buy high and sell low? They wait for the success story to happen first. You have to buy in before that happens. When PLAYR launches I think it will be too late to buy in and ride the rocket.

    I would like to believe this. It very well could be true that the release of PLAYR could be a catalyst that disrupts the current status quo.

    However, I also do not underestimate our opponents. The opponents have very deep pockets and very far-reaching connections. They have an incredible array of tools at their disposal to further their interests and suppress our interests. They have incredible surveillance and access to information that we don’t have access to. They are aware of everything that we are aware of, and much much more.

    They will continue to do everything within their power to not lose this fight because this is an existential threat to their position as incumbent power holders. A loss of their power also means a potential loss of their ability to legally defend themselves against credible accusations of criminal behavior, it means that some of them will be going to prison and this is obviously something that they wish to avoid at all costs.

    So for this reason, I am not necessarily convinced that PLAYR will be sufficiently big enough to disrupt the current grip that they hold over the stock market and initiate ‘the event’. It might, but it also might not.

    There have been many developments in this saga that felt like they might have been the catalyst for the event, only for everything to continue on as normal. Because, as mentioned, our opponents are aware of everything that we are aware of, and more, and they have an incredible array of tools to prepare for and handle each and every potential catalyst that they have faced up to this point. We don’t know how much pain or damage they are taking and they obviously will not share any information that might indicate that they are struggling to deal with a particular problem.

    There are several irons in the fire, potential catalysts that will lead us to victory.
    Off the top of my head:

    • GameStop is consistently profitable for multiple quarters or years.

      • One way to generate new revenue and profits is through web3 ventures such as NFT marketplace, PLAYR, etc.
      • GameStop continues to form partnerships with other companies, web3 or otherwise

    • GameStop, with tons of cash on hand, performs a strategic merger or acquisition

    • Investors of GameStop continue to reduce the amount of available shares in the market through DRS until such a point that it becomes untenable for the opponents to continue to be able maintain control over the stock. Impossible to know at what point this might be. Could be at 50% DRS, could be higher.

    • Investors of GameStop form an Activist Investor Group and create proposals to the company that the company must formally address in some fashion. The proposals could involve the company taking specific actions that alter the current status quo, e.g. from this post , changing the arrangement with the transfer agent that creates a positive outcome on the DRS situation

    • The market crashes, wiping out sufficient collateral held by short hedge funds such that they are forced to close their short positions

    • A different company in the ‘meme basket’ of stocks that have been naked shorted, for example BBBYQ, has a significant event, for example a merger or acquisition or other significant transaction, that in effect forces shorts to close (first one to close survives), igniting moass for all such basket stocks including GME.

    • Investors continue to make comments on SEC proposals that causes the SEC to take actions that inhibit our opponents ability to continue to perpetrate crimes with impunity, reducing their power and ability to control the stock

    and probably other avenues as well. Time will tell. Regardless of how it happens, it seems to be virtually inevitable.
