Plans to introduce blue cards to send players to a sin-bin are to be unveiled by Ifab

TLDR - Blue cards will be for dissent and cynical fouls. Two blues means red. Blue plus yellow also equals red.

    Yeah, most of the professional referees don’t even gave a handle on consistently enforcing the current rules. Adding this set of rules is like giving a dysfunctional, unstable person a baby to care for. It will only make things worse for everyone involved.
