Maybe not. You can actually already stream to a Quest using SideQuest and the PS Remote Play app for Android. I actually just set this up last night to check out RE4 VR which is only on PS5.
It wouldn’t be impossible for them to make an official remote play app for VR that works with all HMDs. Or just add the ability to plug them into the console via the USB C port. It’s really only software that needs to do anything.

The whole point of PC support is to use this without having a PS5. You can’t connect it to a PC without some additional hardware.
Er… Yeah I totally misunderstood. I wasn’t thinking about using the PSVR2 on a PC, but using PCVR HMDs on the PS5. 🤦♂️
