Temp to perm is how I got my two best jobs. You still have to interview a little but mostly it’s more like auditioning, you can get in there, do the job, decide if you like it while the company decides if they like you.

There’s platforms that offer work for copywriters. I can’t recall what the platform is, but I once looked into it. It pays shit in the beginning, but once you build up experience, you can score better paying assignments.

If youre in the US. Amazon, and if you have a car, doordash/uber/lyft. I wouldn’t recommend any of that for anything other than temporary work to get back on your feet or tide yourself over until something better comes along, but, if you gotta eat you gotta eat.
What’s the reason you want to get a job without an interview? If it’s because of anxiety, you might have trouble even if you manage to skip the interview.
Kind of dealing with that now myself right now. Might be best to remedy the cause of avoiding the interview rather than avoiding the interview
A while back I applied with the USPS and got called in for an interview. It wasn’t a real interview, but more of a presentation on all the required next steps to be hired (there were at least 20 of us in the room). I ended up getting a different job before my start date, but if you were able to do all the steps by the deadline the job was yours.
Places where you’re not actually working for the company, like gig work, often don’t require an interview. Like Uber or Lyft driver, DoorDash, Fiverr.
Warehouse job maybe? Needed some cash to hold me over a few years ago while studying. The “interview” was not much more than just completing some employment forms…
It’s quite intensive though, you’re on your feet for the entire shift. Wear garden gloves, or something protective on your hands, because the repeated handling of the boxes & rolling shrink wrap does cause injury.
