It's embarrassing and kind of pathetic that most people from the U.S. can only speak one language. The U.S. education system sucks and foreign language learning should be mandatory for everyone.

If you live in Sweden, sure.

If I occasionally travel throughout Europe for work and pleasure, should I try to learn everything or stick with English?
