And I had a blast. It was fun being with so many cool people. Saw some people walking with a communist Trans flag with a hamsic. Everyone was really loving toward eachother. Got a few cat calls from groups of bears lol.

Anyway, felt good that I was able to do this, just wanted to share 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈

I do not enjoy pride parades, because they don’t feel like pride to me. The amount of ads is astounding. The last one I went to literally had rails to separate queer people from the (corporate) parade. Happy for you to get some bear calls though. :)

Yeah it was sort of a mix over here. But I felt like no one really cared for those companies. The biggest cheers where for the leather gays and the drags and for basically every non corporate org participating.

I feel like this is a common problem that plagues a lot of pride parades. Smaller local ones for small to kid sized cities are usually much much more personal I’ve found. They’re also much more fun.
