Some populations are waaaaaay more bigoted than others thanks to said governments or backwards cultures, but get people one on one and it’s almost always true.
My wife is of Jewish descent, lives in Canada, has no interest in Israel or global politics, but she’s had to deal with a fair bit of bullshit recently just because of her last name. My daughter likes her Jewish ancestry and has been getting bullied in school about it recently
It is also important to remember that not all Jews are Zionists. Just like not all Americans support fascism.
And not all Germans were Nazis in 1939.
And not all Palestinians support Hamas
