    GIMP is good for image manipulation which seems like what you want based on what you said in the comments, but I also wanna throw https://www.photopea.com/ in as a recommendation, it’s FOSS and while I don’t work with these things often, I’ve heard very good about Photopea from everyone I’ve heard that’s used it
