I appreciate his professionalism and his stance on issues, but let’s pass the torch around… and back up the next generation?
If there were someone to replace him who the party would actually support, sure. But the reality is, given the increasing aggression towards progressive policies and politicians, he’d be replaced with a Republican Lite type candidate.
