Does “naming conventions” refer to how we spell the capital city?
I have no idea what you’re talking about naming conventions. But hating Ukrainians it’s easy to clarify, I for one hate Nazis and there are a lot of those in Ukraine particularly in the army,but I have nothing against Ukrainians at large, and about the war NATO was created with the purpose of fighting Russian (Soviet Union at the time but same peoplend) and there were (against treaties that had been signed to not expand NATO eastwards) negotiations to put a NATO base, possibly with nuclear capabilities so close to the Russian urban centers and capital, and people expect Russia wouldn’t react? Imagine if China wanted to build a military base southeast of Canada, how would the US feel about it.

I’m a Prolewiki Discord member and Editor. We aren’t racist. This person was going through vetting on our discord server, and we saw that their discord username has both “Neko__para” and their editor name is “UkraineDoggo”. I was suspicious of this as many other editors were, considering that there is a game called “Nekopara” which I’ll only say “if you know, you know”. We were wary, but only because we wanted to confirm our suspicions. We later learned that this person only named themselves that because they were named “Para” and they were a Neko (which is catgirl in Japanese), and that they were from Ukraine.
Note that the “Doggo” part is featured in many NAFO pfps, so we were even more wary of this. In other words, it is a bunch of coincidences which land with suspicions. We didn’t vet this person in the discord anyways. I’m willing to concede it as a fault of properly communicating on behalf of us, but we note that this person wasn’t accepted anyways because their answers were deemed insufficient in regards to the vetting in the discord server.
It’s a bit difficult to infer what this person is referring to, but I’d mention one thing: if you want the most unhinged takes on geopolitical matters - look for a Twitter account with a Ukrainian flag in the handle or in the bio. Possibly along with the flag of a, uhm… certain province of the PRC, the Fourth Reich and its Zionist puppet.
We shouldn’t allow debate by proxy, on any community here IMO, especially with something as vague as this. If that person wants to come here themselves and explain, then that’s fine.
