… I disagree. It is funny due to the contrast in “behaviour” (these are cells, not animals) which is shown via the contrasting images (don’t worry, I’m not going to mansplain the term “meme” ).
I daresay that if you can easily turn the joke around, it doesn’t rely on stereotypes. Since this is the case (make a meme about asymmetric division in oocytogenesis compared to equal division in spermatogenesis) it’s simply funny. I suggest more calm.
