The character in the first panel of the meme is Kiryuuin Ragyou from Kill la Kill. The reference is a spoiler, but long story short is that Kiryuuin Ragyou is a terrible mother.
The character in the second panel appears to be Nina Einstein from Code Geass. I have not seen Code Geass, but looking into it it appears that Nina’s “usage of tables” refers to an infamous scene in episode 12 in which she masturbates using a table, to a photo of another character whom she has become infatuated with. The “table scene” of Code Geass is noted for lacking any real relevance to the storyline as a whole, and for being tonally dissonant with the rest of the series.
Lastly in the third panel we have Alisa Mikhailovna Kujou, nicknamed Alya, the titular character of Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian, also known as Roshidere. I have not seen this show but the basic premise is readily apparent from the title. Alya has a Russian father, so the joke here is that Alya’s paternal grandfather would’ve served in the Red Army during the Great Patriotic War, and because Gommunism Bad, this means that he committed war crimes against the people of Berlin.
This is falsification of history. You can witness it right now: Red Army was evil, while on the opposite there was the clean Wehrmacht.
A history professor in Germany is propagating stuff like, that that Hitler invaded the Soviet Union only to prevent a massacre which the soviets would have done, because the were planning to invade Germany soon. In addition also he said that Hitler was cruel, he didn’t want to speak about the Holocaust in private.
This continue to Nagasaki and Hiroshima. They try to find excuses and make things up. They try to alter the historical truth.
If it helps, the shoe will be on the other foot soon enough. And there is no shortage of true- unlike the slander against the Soviets and other communist, anti-imperialist movements- crimes that the west should and must be held accountable for.
If the US and the various European empires do not take their rightful place, firmly, alongside Nazi Germany (and as responsible for and the inspirations for Nazi Germany, and equally as terrible in their own right) in the dustbin of history in the collective consciousness in the future- I think that it will have been a severe failing, on our and (and all of humanity’s) part, and it will come back to haunt us in the most horrible ways imaginable.
It’s honestly spooky how quickly the Red Army defeating Nazis is being covered up in favor of “Look at all this bad shit the reds did around that time”
Can you please explain the references? Who is the character on the bottom?

holy shit TNO reference???
Now I understand it, thank you. The meme is ok for Reddit because Gommunism is very bad. This attempts to falsify history are disgusting.
The falsification isn’t what bothers me most. It’s saying shit like that, while completely ignoring Dresden, Nagasaki, and Hiroshima.

That’s the first time I’m hearing about Hitler being a saviour. God what a terrible time to be alive.

Alya, she’s Russian so her grandfather must have been Soviet soldier in WW2.
My great grandfather too. Animemes will never forgive me that.
