The most likely sentence is probation, but if he is openly saying he’s gonna skip the country, that may cause the judge to doubt whether Trump will make it to all of his meetings with his probation officer.
SS doesn’t have a say in shit. They can recommend things and most rational people would go along with it, but an ex president can do whatever they want and the SS has to follow along.
