Tldr… I hate how one of the most common advice you receive as a loner without social life or a partner is to get a dog. I’m taking care of a dog for a while now as a favour, since I’m unemployed and have “nothing to do” (my brother went to his gf beach holiday house for the summer with her, his daughter, my younger siblings and my mom, couldn’t take the dog, it’s old) and I’m miserable, I HATE this. I don’t wanna have to deal with any animal after this.
ive never been a dog fan. i was bit as a kid. my wife really wanted one and finally convinced me to give it a try, and we got a young puppy. i am the one who ended up stuck with it 24/7 working from home. i have to say, he is my best friend, but is annoyingly child like. at least i can call him shithead whenever i want.
i guess my point is, i still do not enjoy dogs… except my dog

Simon doesn’t really care about wearing clothes but he definitely thinks he’s people. I love my goofy little guy and Archie looks like a very good boy.
