Dude, come the fuck on! You know damn well that the use of the word polluted or unpolluted is not referring to the atmosphere in general. It is referring to pot smoke in the air!

Also, can you not read? I am not able to avoid a smoke as you suggested if I am sitting in a hotel room and the smoke is outside my door. Come on! Come up with some good counterpoints.
Not any more than you have a right to not have anyone else have a conversation near your hotel room.
Come on! A conversation cannot be something you can compare to marijuana smoke. I have noise canceling headphones that I can put on if noises are too loud. I also have earplugs. What am I going to do when my whole hotel room smells like weed?
The point is consideration. The point is that non-smokers have rights too. The point is that smokers are quick to tell “Fuck you, if you don’t like it because I have the legal right to smoke” while not even considering that someone else has a right to not smoke and breathe unpolluted air.
I agree with you but then someone else’s nasty habit and inconsideration is costing me more money. I’m not costing anyone any money by minding my own business in my hotel room.
10 feet is not going to cut it with pot smoke. You can smell all pot smoke from 10 feet away.
The smell of weed smoke. Some portion of the smoke is also coming in the room. Every hotel that has a Heat/AC unit is essentially a hole in the wall which sucks in air from the outside. Marijuana smokers will smoke outside their rooms because they think they are outside without understanding how strong the smell is or that the Heat/AC units pull in air from the outside.
I do feel the same way about cigarette smokers smoking right outside my hotel room but like I previously stated marijuana smoke is stronger, more pungent, lingers and travels longer. If someone is smoking a cigarette in a car next to you it’s possible you catch the smell but there’s chances that you don’t versus if someone is smoking pot you are probably going to smell it.
Take away my rights, lose yours! Why do I not have the right to breathe fresh unpolluted air?
Cigarette smokers are more common and worse.
Yes, but marijuana smoke is much more pungent and travels further. You can smell it from far away and it seems to linger unlike tobacco smoke.
Great! Stay at home and smoke and stop smoking in public! The point is smokers should lose their rights if they are going to take away the rights of others. Do I (or other non-smokers) not have any right to sit in peace in a hotel room and not have the room fill up with pot smoke?
I paid for the room so for that one night it is my property!
