I personally like NLT Media’s offerings. I’m currently playing through the Genesis Order and recently finished Treasure of Nadia and enjoyed the stories for the series.

Other winners for me include A House in the Rift, What a Legend, and Mythic Manor as a somewhat distant third. There are plenty of games with engaging stories but I’m drawing a blank atm.
