@neatchee has explained the issue. Every community has certain rules, and if you break them they will remove your post (or ban you), and if you re-post that again, that just makes you look like a troll / troublemaker. And “everyone is doing it” doesn’t make a good defense.
Now, if your main concern is how to get sound effects for your video, you can just link to the video and ask simple questions, like:
Main reason (or at least one of them) is the technology stack, choosing Java instead of Rust, to move fast with development, and (hopefully) to be more accessible for others to contribute.

Yes, you can say that. Though there are different types of habit trackers, some are incorporated in monthly spread. The article mentions just adding first letter of your habbit on the day you do it. So, that’s one way to do it. Or you could make a separate “collection” page.
