  • Bon Appetit introduced me to the idea of miso polenta and it’s now a staple for me. Goes amazing with anything. Cheap as fuck. Good as fuck. Dress it with some oil and you can easily make it look like a top class dish. I’ve been fighting to get it on the menu at the vegan restaurant I’m the chef at but polenta is real difficult to serve to order in a reasonable time
