Ah right, we had different ideas about legal issues. There is no central pool, no one is collecting and paying out. Basically they select a random user to have their paypal/crypto address pinned for a month.
I just looked up their randomising process, they are using the bitcoin blockchain to pick a winner so it’s verifiable . See the latest post.
Interesting… not sure it would protect them from all legal issues, but that probably wouldn’t be tested for small amounts.
Using an anomous account is probably the main legal protection 😆
