I have never encountered a single smoker who understands that the Heat/AC unit built into the wall of a hotel room is actually a giant hole that pulls air and smoke into it.
I frequently have hotel rooms where some marijuana smoker is smoking outside their room and then suddenly my whole room fills up with weed smell.
Also, I have been at red lights and the person next to me is smoking and then my car fills up with the smell of weed. It happens if the windows are open or with the Heat or AC on.
I actually believe the government shouldn’t regulate what we do with our bodies but the since marijuana smokers cannot be considerate of other people they shouldn’t have the right to take away others rights.
I paid for the room so for that one night it is my property!
No, it isn’t. That’s not how the law works, it’s not how it should work, and even if it were, the fact that it’s a small space in close quarters to other people means they have the rights to use the space they “own” freely as well.
