0·4 months agoI’m going to have to pick this up, if just for the Atlas and Thrai. Not a huge fan of the other ships, but I can make use of them.

There are a few pieces in there that interest me for some of my gimmick builds, but I have enough free T6 coupons to handle those if I feel like it. Nothing jumps out at me that says “buy this now!”

So we get all three of the campaign rewards this year - lob, T6 coupons, and the promo ship box. Nice.
I feel I should post this again, for anyone going through the recruit process:

- Get a melee weapon that has a lunge feature; swords, Furiadon Fangs, or even the Bat’leth of Sto’Vo’Kor.
- Enable auto attack for your weapons.
a. Options -> Control (Ground), Auto attack -> Toggle, never cancels.
b. Right-click on your weapon attacks to enable auto attack. Some weapons should only have primary and secondary set to auto, some should have all three. - Set up three healer BOffs and one shield heal BOff.
- IMPORTANT: Under Options -> Controls (Ground), make sure “Select attacker if attacked” is “On”.
- Launch the mission “Partisans” and fight through the first bar section.
- When you get to the Arena, set your BOffs to passive and activate “Threatening Posture”.
- Walk to all three generators so the creatures start spawning.
- Go to one of the initial spawn areas and start attacking one of the creatures.
- Get up, stretch your legs, and let it go for a while.
It also doesn’t help that I also have everything else in the package, which makes the cost almost entirely a single T6 ship that isn’t all that great.
I’ve also come to realize that I have far more ships and traits than I can reasonably play. Most of my characters have a theme, and that is mostly settled. My ship buying has slowed greatly over three past year.
The ship has always interested me, but I already have the Tommy Gun unlocked for the account. It just hasn’t offered enough for the price.
Armor by John Steakley is one of my favorites; it starts off quickly and keeps a steady pace through the book.
That’s a nice looking ship.

I have to admit, the Ba’ul ship is tempting for the pets it can add to my pet build…

Maybe they’re merging the three games into one, so we can finally make our Klingons into Merry Men!
How in the world was 4 not “there are FOUR lights”?
Go to Mission Journal, Logs, Captain’s Log, then search for “Fastest Game On Ice”. It will tell you how many times you’ve completed it and your best time. I’ve completed it 203 times on my main character. Yikes.
I understand it, but it’s overblown. Basically he doesn’t have ideal traits and is taking up a BOff slot. Oh well.
It is funny when you play a character that doesn’t have him. Random BOffs will take his place in the cutscenes talking to his friends and family.
