Are you saying that none of the fun will be in this game?
Are you saying that none of the fun will be in this game?
Here’s what you can do in the next 5 minutes to stop your Stage 3 Lung Cancer!
That’s pretty much the same thing this headline is saying. We are deep in it now, maybe not the absolute worst case it could be, but definitely not good. And 12 months is not nearly enough time to deal with the problem, so much so that it’s laughable to even suggest it could be. The only solution will be long, hard, expensive, and require a LOT of pain and sacrifice. Plus, there’s no guarantees it will even work. It may just be too late at this point.
So because something bad happened and we’re all emotional, we’re supposed to ignore critical thinking and just go along with whatever people say that makes them feel better about the situation, regardless of if it’s correct or not? There’s a sort of merit in that I suppose, but it’s not for me.
I mean, yes? Exactly? Words matter. The right words matter. Just because a group is doing something negative does not mean every negative word applies to them. That’s small brain thinking.
When you use the right words to describe a horrible action, it’s accusation and condemnation. When you use the wrong words, it just becomes name calling.
That’s a pretty unfeasible request. Sure, maybe big resalers might keep something like that, but the average consumer? I keep my receipts for maybe a year on big purchases unless there’s something like a warranty I need it for. And I get the feeling that’s already more than most folks would do.
If you are insisting on a first purchase receipt before buying something used, you are essentially saying you’ll almost never buy something used. The odds someone would even still have it, let alone go through the hassle of providing it to you, are extremely low. Why would they do that when they could just sell to a less difficult customer who doesn’t care?
I mean, compared to LabView…
I see literally zero problems here. Did they have a contract with an artist? They didn’t? Well then it sounds like they have no obligation to use a real artist.
AI art is here to stay, and companies will be using it heavily. It’s ignorant to think they would choose otherwise. Why pay an artist to make an image you may not even like over the course of a few days when you could get hundreds of images to choose from in a few seconds using AI? It’s 1000 times easier and more convenient.
AND WELCOMED TO THE JAM!
I heard it helps recognize dead or diseased bodies
Yes, except the example here is someone who very clearly does NOT fit in the group. It’s basically saying Donald Trump isn’t a real Christian, not because of some arbitrary definition of what it means to be Christian, but because he is literally not a real Christian. No True Scotsman doesn’t apply here because the subject is as far removed from a Scotsman as a squirrel living in Japan is.
If it’s a popular enough show, there will be a single person out there who will still be willing to buy the seat. Or a group who is fine with being split up and will just take whatever seats are left.
If it’s not a popular show, then what exactly is the fucking problem?
Seems like a lot of words for a 3 year old.
It’s “no true Scotsman” if the person were waving an English flag, pissing on a set of bagpipes, and loudly proclaiming that Scottish people are useful idiots who will eat whatever bullshit you feed them.
Damn, last time I played the wall of flesh was the final boss
On the flip side, every RPG should have a “Busy Adult” setting that recaps where you are, what you were doing, and possibly even a brief reexplainstion of the controls because you haven’t gotten the chance to play in 7 months.
Should have given him 421 points.
I wish there was an option to just disable all achievements
Piracy
Croissants.
The difference between homemade and store bought is miniscule, but the effort to make them from scratch will have you in the kitchen all day.
Only if it’s done right. If it’s done as merely a cash grab, most people can tell pretty quick. The new Super Mario Bros., or anything by Disney in the last 4 years are great examples. If you take out nostalgia, they’re pretty poor to mediocre movies. And I think most people are able to notice that.
I can kinda get it not being “murderous”. When civilians are killed while in the middle of a war, it’s not considered murder, it’s considered a war crime. It’s a technicality, but that’s how words work.
But I’m not sure how you can say it isn’t brutal. Of course it’s brutal.
